In 1968, the style of saxophonist, Rahsaan, Roland Kirk is still marked by the essence of blues and jazz, including Charles Mingus, he accompanied the dawn of the 60s - during the decade following its incorporate other musical influences, including that of soul music that will honor it by playing, for example, Marvin Gaye. For now, the song that opens this album, 'The Black And Crazy Blues', clearly indicates the general color as the cover of 'The Creole Love Call' Duke Ellington. However, the title track here is most characteristic of what would become the Art and Practice of Roland Kirk, marked by multi-instrumentalist who was fattening simultaneously several wind instruments, including tenor, the manzello and Stritch. Classic and essential. - Philippe Robert

Light inaudible trace.
It sounds very good.
