It is pretty hard to remain certain of what proper qualification should be associated to Michel legrand as he is a most versatile musician: Author, songwriter, arranger, singer, bandleader, producing superviser...

He is everywhere and deals with every existing type of entertainment; cinema, popular song, Jazz, Classical...In both Europe and America.

International musician, his way of softening the moods through music remains unique.

It is at the very end of WW2 that dazzled Legrand discovers Jazz while watching Gillespie playing.

Couple of very thin unaudible scores on tracks 'C'est si bon' and 'Et bailler et dormir'.

Very nice front cover's felt-type pastel sketch by Bloc.
Ringwear on the rear.
Short note on the rear cover's upper edge.
