She's a woman!!!
The sound is powerful and extremely evocative!
The album was produced by Caetano Veloso.

This early 1970's album may well be the only she's recorded that one might define as 'tropicalist'.
She's backed by Gilberto Gil's 'expresso 2222' musicians (better listen to the rocky tracks).
Slow temps are outstanding as well!
