Anachronic Jazz Band: Anthropology (Jazz in Paris Special Edition 06) As one of his admirers musicians like Pepper Adams, Bob Wilber, Clark Terry and Shelly Manne, the Anachronic Jazz Band is undoubtedly the jazz French than Americans envy the most. Founded in 1976 by Philippe Baudoin (piano) and Richard Marcus (clarinet), during a concert at the Maison de la Radio, Jazz Band transforms the Anachronic with talent and humor themes 'modern' (Anthropology, Jordu Blue Monk ...) in jewels 'old style'. This volume brings together the special issue of the two studio albums and numerous Anachronic tracks from concerts remained mostly unseen.
