With his new 'H.E.A.R.T. Project,' König goes back to his roots, starting a new octet based on his orchestral experiences and also taking up the trombone again. Including a four-part horn section and two guitar players (whose harmonic work often results from composed lines knotted together), this octet looks for a maximum of polyphonic textures and colorful voicings.
